Great product especially when one has to increase protein intake. This is the product of choice in manage hospital. easy to mix with water and dissolves easily. Slightly expensive but better than all of the previous protein drinks I've had to drink to fulfill my protein requirement.

This stuff is easy to "get down", and doesn't give you anything you don't want. No extra calories from sugars, starches, etc. I find that about a 10:1 solution of water to protein makes it taste like grape punch. I use this stuff just as I'm going to work out, and it never causes me any discomfort or bloat. My aunt, who's 77, also takes it, and has reported that it's helped her with recuperation after exercise, and general protein levels in her blood.This protein is great if you don't like to choke down big shakes or be forced to make a big production out of your supplements. It's possible to take the mixture just before exercise, or even during exercise, if you like, Tastes pretty non-offensive, and hasn't resulted in any oddities in my digestive tract. (folks who have used protein supplements know what I mean).

Costly but has been very helpful in giving my dad more protein. It is very sweet. We've tried all the flavors and the grape flavor in grape juice seems to be the most tolerated.

This is the best product I know of the increase protein intake. Very helpful for people who are not eating enough protein.
