Great quality for the money. Works really well for my 36ft camper!

Works as expected. Only down side is the pin rusted as soon as it got wet.

These are difficult to install. I finally used a jack stand as an anvil since holding the hammerlock halves and the pin in my hand was getting nowhere. Once I had a solid backing, a few quick taps with a hammer and then it went together. A bit of lithium grease helped. Now I can easily hook up the safety chains and not fight to get them off.

I purchased these to secure safety chains from my Jeep to my motorhome. I was looking for the standard threaded carabiner hook when I found these. I actually bought both styles in case these didn’t work. It turned out that these worked better than expected. I think the design is cool but the functionality is perfect for my application. The tow hitch on my motorhome stays on all the time. These hooks work well. These are a heavier weight than I thought they would be, which indicates to me they are constructed of quality material. Hopefully, they are never put to the test but I feel they would do their job if needed.

Was fairly easy to install with a hammer and seem strong. Hopefully will never have to test with a runaway trailer but I think they will hold.

A little hard to get pin through but a little grease and hammer the pin will push through.
