Love love love this disc. It’s way more comfortable than the stiff menstrual cup I used for years. I love the pull out tab which makes fishing it out so much easier and I love the little lip that helps hold the liquid inside the cup and prevents it from too much spillage. The only thing that sucks is that I still haven’t figured out how to remove it without some blood spilling out but I’ll take a little mess if it means I’ll get to be comfortable all day wearing it.

I had high hopes for this, because it’s somewhat smaller, has the leak shield, and the pool tap. Due to the oval shape and the pull tab it will not stay tucked behind the pubic bone.

I will start by saying that I purchased this item wanting to love it. I have used discs in the past and hated them for the self-emptying function, so I had high hopes that the design of the Diva disc would solve that problem.It did not.One of the issues for me with this particular disc is I do not think that the rim is stiff enough and it is difficult to insert completely. Also, as I mentioned, it does still self-empty and I just found it significantly more messy to change than any menstrual cup I’ve ever used. I’ve been using menstrual cups for at least a decade and I have never leaked through them during the night while sleeping yet that happened to me twice with this disk.I’ve gone back to using my previous menstrual cup quite happily, and will not venture into the world of menstrual discs ever again.
