YOGABODY Yoga Trapeze Pro – Yoga Inversion Swing with Free Video Series and Pose Chart, Aqua

The trapeze arrived promptly. I have beams in the ceiling so the trapeze was very easy to attach. However, I had to buy extra attachments/rope as the ones that came with the product were not long enough. I primarily bought the trapeze to be able to do inversions to stretch my lower back after an accident.I am 65 and I have been practicing yoga for many years and I am happy to be upside down.It took me a bit of time to get my legs in the right position for the inversion but once I got that sorted I was fine. I find it helps to have a blanket in the trapeze to support your lower back as the fabric without the blanket feels sharp in the lower back when inverted. Being able to do inversions every day in my own home will no doubt help to ease my back. The trapeze is part of lots of other things I do to help my recovery.The trapeze is very easy to unclip and easy to store. The advantage also is that you can use it outside or take it with you when you are away. I have not tried any other postures yet but give time I hope to progress.

I'm a bit disappointed. I chose this product over cheaper ones based on the images provided. The product is different to the images. The fabric is directly hanging off the carabiners. You don't get daisy chains but ropes with knots to hang your swing. These are quite short and not practical if you like to change the height of the swing during your practice. Each time you have to take the handles off too instead of just adjusting the swing. My beam is quite low and I'm still not able to put the swing as low as I need it for certain exercises.So I'd say, some of the cheaper products look exactly the same as this, you just won't need to spend extra money on daisy chains.The swing itself is made well, fabric is sturdy, stitches seem strong, the colour is vibrant just like in the photos and it's fun to use once you've figured out the practicalities.

I have had hip and back pain for about 25 yrs. also neck and gluteus minimus spasms to the point of being unable to turn my head or walk. I was sceptical about this if I’m honest as I’ve tried lots of therapies over the years. In the first few days I only managed to use it less than 10mins but wow! I can turn my head fully both ways, my hips no longer hurt and my shoulder flexibility has increased as well as the pain there being almost gone. Fantastic! Great quality product, useful dvd and prompt card and lots of YouTube info. Love it so much I want to train to teach with these guys. Convert 😍

I absolutely love this, I had a slip disc about 10 years ago and have suffered many years of terrible back pain.It enables me to do exercises and stretching to get more flexibility for my back, and also strengthen my core.I love it, its very well made so i can use it without the fear of falling on my head,

Love it. It’s quality is undeniable. You can feel the stretch and you need to build up your strength to do easily for sure. It feels so secure when you’re upside down.

Arrived quickly and packaged so nicely. Easy to put up although you do have to purchase the ceiling hooks or I bolts separately depending on your needs.
