Best product for crispness! Would buy and recommend those who pack pickles.

I use this quite a bit while I am canning. It helps keep my vegetables (besides pickles) crisp so when I go to fry them they are still firm, almost like fresh.

Good value for the price will last for a long time. I do wish the pickles were a little crispier but they do stay a lot fresher than if you didn’t use this product so all across the board I say it’s a win and I would buy again!

I canned for the first time and the peppers are nice a crispy. This was easy to use and didn't take much per jar.

I have used this product for years and it never fails even when you find that 2-3 year old jar of pickles in the back of the pantry. For the size of the jar I always thought it was a little pricey but when you consider you use 1/8 teaspoon per pint when canning it comes out to approximately 5 cents per pint. But right now they are running a promoting at a 1/4 of the normal cost only $4.28. If you are a big canner like me stock up while you can.

This is the first time I ever used this and it seemed to work

It showed up three weeks late and was way more money than what I expected. Needless to say I never got to use it because all my cucumbers went rotten while I was waiting for it.
