Bought this unit, because I just couldn't pay several hundred dollars for a well known brand name. The unit arrived well packaged. Directions were perfect and to the detail. Also included the teflon tape which was a nice adder that I didn't expect and didn't have to hunt thru our garage to find some.The unit has a very strong 2 piece solid metal escutcheon (metal grommet) that mounts to the wall and then tightens down to the faucet itself. The screws provided "appear" to be coated to look like Stainless Steel or coated so that they wont rust (they just look different then others). These screws, the anchors are NOT your typical China stuff that are mass produced with little QC to the tolerances. The unit was very easy to install even on our marble back-splash.The faucet has a very long reach allowing it to go to any burner on the cooktop. We installed the unit a bit higher then others typically would, mainly for very large pots (like Tamale size pots). I mean thats whats its for right? You dont want to be lifting huge pots of water across the kitchen. The spray has a nice aerator in it which adds enough air to keep the water from splashing and actually comes out very fast if you desire. The fit and finish of the product exceeded my expectations and believe me, I am very picky and research things to death! I am very very happy with this purchase and I think the unit looks great.I did have to tighten down one of the handles as the screw can loose, this was very easy to do, but maybe the manufacture should as this step for others who may run across this over time. I simply removed the end cap thats on the end of the handle. Other then that the unit seems solid, when under pressure, the unit builds a bit of pressure and seems to be a bit more sturdy and does not sag as most do from what I've seen. I hope the unit lasts along time, if I run across issues I'll provide an update. So if you dont see any update and a lot of time has gone by since this initial review, you can consider this a steal at this price. Highly recommended!Oh and by the way, I wasn't paid or given a discount of any sorts to provide this review, I hope it helps fellow Amazonians with their decisions when purchasing a similar product. Reviews have helped me, so I want to do the same for others who are on the fence with their purchases.

First impression is nicely manufactured for 60 bucks. Heavy metal construction. Two quality issues, One, it hangs slightly off kilt due to how heavy the arms are. like when its folded against the wall it seems out of level. There seems to be no way to tighten this particular flaw. Second, it has two shut off valves, one stopped working, it no longer shuts the water off. Ive no idea what happened to it. Each valve shut the water off independently, like a safety of sorts. Now one valve shuts the water and the other will reduce the pressure but won't close. Ive no patience to completely remove it so I use it as it. It does however work great and the pressure is very strong. Fills pots fast. ***UPDATE*** After company read my review they send out a replacement faucet free of charge. Customer service is good.

Installed on my kitchen myself, very easy to install and very easy to clean vegetables and fruits.

I couldn't see spending $400 on a cold-water-only faucet. This one was very reasonable and fits our design well. Easy install, and don't know how we lived without it! (I had the stub plumbed in the wall for years and just hadn't gotten around to installing a faucet). Only negative is the handles wobble a little but it functions flawlessly and looks great so it's definitely still a 5star product!!! Don't hesitate to buy.......I shopped many on Amazon and others and found this one early on but kept doing my research. Glad I did but felt like a gamble ordering it. Definitely a win.

This is a very high quality product. Love the value for the money. I like the smaller size compared to Moen. This is installed over a 30 inch sink and does not overpower the hood and stove. This is a beautiful piece, and even came with a spare cartridge. I also like that the water does not spatter when it hits the pot.

I bought it on April 11th and installed it on November 19th only to realize that the chrome was peeling off now I cant exchange it or return it. This situation speaks to the soul of the passing brick and mortars where you cod just take it back and talk to a manager who would reconcile your situation in an admirable way. Now I have to have it out with a bot first, then a far away customer service person who is going to give me the run around until I'm frustrated enough to go 2 levels above them and talk to a far away supervisor that gives me a rehearsed version of the same and eventually replaces my faulty product which I still have to reinstall at my own cost and time, because of the lax quality control system of the manufacturer that the online seller chooses to use.

We have had this pot filler since 2018 and I decided it was time for a review. Pay attention to the negative review that mentions the non-tapered adapter. This faucet looks nice but has had a leak since the day it was installed. Without an adapter, it may never be completely leak-free as it doesn’t mount easily and with stability because of the lack of hardware. A shame because the price is great and quality (minus the items mentioned above) seems good too.

The product was damaged and returned for a refund. The insert in the box talks about how to care for the faucet and invites to visit the manufacture's Website (Made in China) . However the site doesn't exist. And a closer look at it, the workmanship is below what they advertise.
