Bright. Bold. Beautiful.
I love the color and keep coming back to it. I have long hair so when upgrading to this color (from copper), I applied first to my dirty dishwasher blond with lots of gray roots. Once that was done, I applied color from there to the ends. I needed two full bottles for good coverage. Stays vibrant through washing (vegan, Earth-friendly products) yet sunlight definitely lightens the "older" hair. Great coverage for gray and resistant hair. Nice smell. Does not burn. Will stain clothing, covers and porcelain so make sure everything is properly covered. Pro Tip: Tea Tree Oil on a q-tip helps remove spills on skin and porcelain too! Your welcome! :-)

Love this color!
This is a spicy color that still looks natural. (Granted, I have freckles and some natural red already) I do find it fades out to a brown/dead leaf shade overtime so I dye regularly. My hair feels healthy and undamaged with this dye. In the past I have used lesser quality dyes that seem to damage my hair over time. Since switching, I see zero damage. I have found I can style my hair and go out the same day with this dye as opposed to other dyes that leave my hair odd and flat for the next day or two until I wash it out. This dye is much more of a paste than other dyes I have used. This threw me off at first. To get full color, I use two packs. I have found the price right now on Amazon (3 packs for $16) to be better than Sally’s which sells one box for $10.I see comments saying they ordered the three pack and only got one. I haven’t had this experience so I assume this is a shipping issue rather than a deceptive product sale.

Gives me my Firey red-violet-red hot lava color.
I use half of the magenta tube along with half oof the red (same brand) and mix with 2.4 ounces of loreal white volume 30 developer. Add in a couple drops of Agran oil to moisturizer the hair along with red, red sealant, leave it on 30 minutes and rinse off. It's done. (I have naturally deep dark ash brown-a good color on some but it makes me look like one of the walking dead. I have lots of gray anymore, too and this covers that ugly stuff right up) Who wants to be gray if you don't have to? I'm getting old enough without looking in the mirror and seeing that looking back at me. This wonderful colorant I hope never goes out of production because what the heck would I do? It gives me the most beautiful magenta-red violet-blazing hot deep red with just enough light flame red to set me apart from everyone else out there. If you like bright color and have dark brown hair, even with gray in it-and you don't want to spend an hour or two or three working on your hair, then this is the product to try. I've been using it for four years now and I love it just as much today as I did the first time. Oh, yeah, the magenta gives my red a pinkish-violet color mainly noticeable out in the sun or under bright lights. Otherwise, it's this brilliant light to dark red-like a Japanese maple in the fall or the same color my horse was. Blood and Lava. Fire

Pay off
The product is good for color if you’re looking for a medium-dark red. The downside the product doesn’t seem to last long unless you use a color protection shampoo/conditioner.I do like how the price seems way affordable since you’re getting 3 hair dye boxes vs paying 10 dollars for 1 box at Sally’s.

Been Using this Brand for many years!
I started out in 2001 dying my hair with a box dye, the kind they sell at Walmart. I soon wanted a brighter color of red. The regular dye like this is fine but again I wanted it brighter. So I've been using the hi-lights to cover all of my hair as the above picture. Almost 10 years ago I had to dye my hair every 3 weeks to a month, I was washing my hair way too often. Now I dye it every 3 months cause I wash it once a week. It starts to fade to light pink in which people have actually complimented me on, after about 2.5 months. And no I've never bleached my hair! Picture is with no filters.

Hard to find in stores
Gorgeous color that lasts. Easy to apply. I use a clarifying gel before coloring, then deep condition after rinsing out the coloring.
