I am slightly above 80kg, it is a bit soft for me, so functionality is poor for me. Pain relief is for very short duration. Size is ok. Build quality is average for above 80kg people, it is mesh cover with a zip so that is good, ease of use in terms of use in multiple places is good. Considering all this I do not think it is good value for money. I bought it for 899.Now main thing is I am writing this review after a month roughly. I bought this product based on the stars and reviews it had. At the time it showed above 4.5 stars and more than 500 reviews. Now while writing this review I saw this product again and to my surprise the reviews and stars both have dropped significantly. Also when I purchased there was no option of selecting size M or L according to weight. So definitely some unethical practices have been going on by either the seller or amazon or by both.To be honest I feel cheated after seeing this product again.I would request all the users who are reading this review to look out for a highly reputed seller or just simply buy offline.Thank you.
