One-quarter cup concentrate per gallon is 1 tablespoon per quart (32 ounces); you want to mix up half that -- one pint (16 ounces) -- so use 1/2 tablespoon (1 1/2 teaspoons).

Can this be used to clean stains on fabric?

You could use Mrs. Meyer's Odor Removing Carpet Cleaner or Mrs. Meyer's Oxygen Bleach Stain Remover . . . this product probably wouldn't hurt never tried that use.

Does this kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses like the chemical based products?

Thanks for asking. While our products are very effective cleaners, they do not contain any anti-bacterial properties.

Is this safe for granite?

So far, yes. Safe on everything. I have old hardwood floors and it is even gentle on them but gets them clean pretty quick.

Love it!

Love the scent. Pleasant to use and is not pungent. This as a floor cleaner does not give off an imposing scent.I just used it today about a cup to a gallon of hot water. My tile floors came great, nice and clean. Hardwood floors look great too.It is a bit sudsy, so don't use to much. However if you do, the suds just fade away.My only fear though that while wet and sudsy, it may be a tripping hazard.

Fall Cleaning Must-Have!

I bought the Acorn Spice + Apple Cider + Fall Leaves scents and they are all amazing. Very fragrant and leave a long lasting scent. Cleans counters perfectly with no residue left behind. Worth every penny!

Great cleaner and nice reusable bottle.

I’m a big fan of cleaner concentrate. This one is very nice. Effective cleaning, and it was easy to use. The glass bottle is very durable and safe, and there did not appear to be leakage when completely filled with concentrate and water. It mixed together effectively well and cleaned my surfaces nicely. It does have a super strong verbena scent, almost like citronella.

Great scent, great product

I love Mrs. Meyer's products for being non-toxic, which is especially important with pets and a small child. I don't worry about the baby crawling over a spot I just cleaned with this product. The scents are also wonderful. Yes, the price point is high, but it works well and is a quality product. You get what you pay for, and I'm no longer into the value products full of all sorts of chemicals.

A clean freaks dream

I love to clean when I have the right product and this one fits the bill and then some. A little goes a long way; I fill an eight once spray bottle one fourth of the way up then add water. This stuff leaves everything super clean; it easily cuts through greasy messes and lifts away stains that other cleaners can’t handle. The lavender smells heavenly without being overpowering. Whenever I clean with this it seems like surfaces stay cleaner longer, I’m not sure if I’m imagining this because I don’t know how but it seems to be true. It doesn’t leave behind streak marked on my black granite countertop or stainless steel appliances. This is definitely my cleaner of choice.
