Fantastic book with the best illustrations. For some reason the art is extremely "easy" on the eyes (can't put my finger on it). He doesn't get distracted with other things in the pictures. It has different people that we know, so that we say "looks like your Teacher A", or "like the friend X".

Learn Polish For Kids: Polish-English Bilingual Book has adorable child friendly illustrations. Children will certainly identify with the topics. Family members, foods, colors, toys, animals, and feelings will especially appeal to children. I wish that there had been pronunciation aids though to help with the learning of either English or Polish words.

This is a fun, well-illustrated guide to Polish vocabulary for young children just beginning to learn the language. The illustrations will engage the student, keeping them reading and learning and they will not even realise how many words they are learning as they go through the book. There is no grammar or sentences in this book, just simple vocabulary, which will help them to build simple sentences with some additional help from a teacher.

This series of children's language learning books is excellent because it teaches kids the basic most important vocabulary and that is effective. Colors, numbers, clothing, parts of body, relatives, food, household items, ALL the most basic useful vocabulary is brightly illustrated with colorful appealing pictures. Young learners will love it. Be sure to help them with pronounciation ask them how to say the word then improve them. Give the kids plenty of praise and encouragement when they get a word right and don't discourage them when they make mistakes, we all make mistakes. I love this series very much: I got this one because my Russian is C1 fluent and I wanted an idea how similar Polish might be and how much effort I would need to learn Polish. My very first book was a French-English coloring book with the word in both languages and this sort of book is VERY effective for young learners! I LOVE IT!
