Works good,but plates won't open enough for a comfort of working with the tool.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Using this for a cosplay wig, it is perfect. They include a heat glove with it so you don't burn your hands. You the before on the bottom and after crimping on top, so if you are a cosplayer this is a good option! Just make sure you can use heat on your wig.
