These work with my Unifi USG Pro, and my USW Aggregation. These will work with your WAN SFP+, even if your modem does not deliver 10G. The USG Pro will only negotiate 1G and 10G on the WAN SFP+ port. I think this is also true for the USW Agg. What I think is important is that the SFP module itself negotiates with the Unifi device at 10G but then downgrades the copper connection to whatever it needs to be. This SFP module appears in my controller as operating at 10G, yet I know it's truly 2.5G on the copper side. This reporting behavior may be a concern for some users, so beware. Regardless, a standard 2.5G SFP module was not working for me to utilize my 2Gbps connection with Xfinity. This module however works great. It negotiates 2.5G with my modem, and reports 10G to the USG. I have used these at 2.5, 5, and 10GiB myself. I have connected them between my Brocade switch and modem. The Modem supports 2.5g and 5g, both data rates work. Works great on Juniper EX3300 *by M***N on December 29, 2025* Works well with Juniper EX3300 POE+ 48 port switches. No configuration needed. I have an outdoor underground Cat5e (Not CCA) line that is a little over 190ft from the house to the shop where the 2nd switch is and it is rock solid at 10Gbps. Cant beat the cost for speed when compared to WiFi.
