Simply amazing. I can not tell you how amazing this is. It’s so easy to use. I love that it comes on wheels & is easy to move around. Yet to use the steam brush function but I am only imagine that it’s great! Very easy to clean and take apart. Only down side is I would have preferred a longe cable and the clip that attaches the plug to the cable when it’s not in use is too big and doesn’t hold onto the cable.

Dog was sick on a pale beige carpet and it was badly stained orange. I tried cleaning it by hand but much as I tried I couldn’t remove the stain. I ordered this carpet cleaner and used it on the stain which was by now a couple of days old. It was better than I had hoped, and the stain is completely gone and the area of the carpet looks new. So pleased I bought it as I have peace of mind knowing it is there when I need it. It is fairly noisy but the suction is powerful and the carpet felt dry in less than half an hour. I also love the quality of the machine and everything clicks together easily

Used it couple of times on a car seat, pram fabrics and carpet. I gave it 4 star because of the suction which could have been more stronger given the price isn’t cheap however it did worked really well when cleaning the carpet, got rid of the stains with thorough brushing and suctioning

I decided to go with this brand and model because it was more expensive than the rest, and what you expect is for something to work and do a good job. I have unpacked, used the formula, sprayed bleach and other cleaning materials onto the concrete and it is not even removing coffee stains. Sadly, this is not fit for purpose, I cannot say what it will be like on carpet or laminate but from my test then avoid this like the plague. I have had the box open for around 10 to 20 minutes now, and the item is already being returned and a very negative comment left for people to avoid this machine.

I had the Bisell pro pet carpet cleaner before and I loved it. Got rid of most carpets so now I needed a smaller version and this is wow! I love that it also steams because it kills the mites in the carpets and mattresse and makez dirt clean easier.It's very light too and small, I think I'll use it.more often around the house not just couches and staires.My carpet staires were disgusting with 2 cats and 2 small children. They're like new now.Vvvv importnt information though...not all Bissell shampoos/cleaners are strong enough to clean. The machine is good but I used the oxy shampoo which didn't do much then on the zsme stains uzed the Pro Stain Protect shampoo which is a bit more expensive but wow, it makes a bit of foam and absorbes everything.

This machine does exactly what it is supposed to do, i. e. clean a spot or two on your rug or carpet in a fast and efficient way before whatever dropped on there goes deeply into the fabric and dries and become a much serious issue. But if you like me needs a machine to clean a flair of carpeted stairs, this Spotclean Hydrosteam is not the right machine. To clean 12 steps I had to refill the water tank 4 times! Very boring. Also, the suction is just ok, tbh I was expecting something more powerful. End of story, I had to send the machine back.
