Ordered this material to assist with chair restoration projects. Turns out that it did not work with any of the chairs we currently had for restoration, however, my husband did find a chair to retrofit with the rattan webbing to cover the seat of the chair. It was a nice material and the pattern was very attractive. It was easy to cut/trim and once soaked in water was fairly pliable. Take notice that the roll does not come with a binder. He managed to make it look finished without it. I’ve included photos of the chair he is working on. We ordered the 18” size. It is a pretty pattern and definitely takes less time than caning by hand (which he has done as well).

I love this pattern of cane rattan. This is a beautiful piece made with quality material and remarkable craftsmanship.

Pros: The pattern is intricate and beautiful when unwrapped. It is natural and woven mostly well and becomes a statement quickly.The size is really conducive to bigger DIY projects which is handy.Cons: The edges on this weren't well wrapped, so I've lost about an inch and a half off both ends from excessive fray. Fraying is to be expected but not to this extent so I was a bit bummed.I also found this cane to be a bit rougher than usual before soaking, actually cutting myself on it on accident when unwrapping.Overall, this is a nice roll of cane and I'm enjoying it. I'd recommend it.

I got this to cover the glass panels of my china cabinet, and it's really pretty. I cut it to size (and there was minimal unraveling because I was careful and reinforced the cutting area with clear tape before I cut) and adhered it to the glass with double-sided tape in case I changed my mind. For bringing a bit of Asian or Boho flair to a piece of furniture, this is nice stuff. This has a nice variation in color, and it's well-woven. It looks great, and it was easy to cut to size.

Product is as advertised. I just have to get the spline that I need to repair the seat of a very old family chair. It's strong material and the neutral color allows me to stain as needed to match the color of my chair.

The material used to make this product is of good quality. It is sturdy, but flexible at the same time. The color is exactly as shown in the listing. It is easy to work with, easy to trim and easy to attach using wood glue or staples to a piece of solid wood furniture. Enough for several projects.
