For a Christmas gift but it seems to be all good

This was fun to do. Instructions were a little confusing , but it didn’t take long once we figured it out. Definitely messy. Suggest using something underneath to be safe. I’d put somewhere little can’t touch it , seems easy to crack.

This is a good casting set. The measurements in the directions are for ml so it would have been helpful for us in the US to have measurements shown in cups or ounces. The alginate set pretty quickly so be sure to work fast. The bucket it comes in is a bit small for 2 adult hands so be sure to practice your hand pose inside the bucket before beginning- you don't want your hands to touch the bottom or sides of the bucket because that will create holes in your mold and it won't turn out right.Overall, this is a good kit especially for beginners.

Don't buy this item. Did everything the instructions said to tue letter and came out clumpy and didn't set right. Tried 2x and both were unsuccessful.

This was easy to use and was so fun!
