I hate wearing hats while running because the heat build up, bought these as a middle ground. They work great. The are soft, comfy, and they stay where you want them. I have a relatively small head (7 1/4”) and ears, and I think if I were any bigger, I’d have trouble fitting these. But it’s probably easy enough to stretch them a little less with your hands

I use headbands a lot as I always get headaches if wind blows into my ears or they get cold. So I wanted to have some spares. This is a good set. The material is stretchy and very dense. So these protect well against the wind and are reasonably warm.The downside is that these are a bit too tight. Headbands often double for me as eye shades, e.g. on a plane, and these exhibit too much pressure on eyes. Also they muffle sound noticeably, so if you want to hear something well or talk on the phone, you'd have to flip the low portion up. Good thing is that the shape is suitable for that as it is not in one line.Overall, these are pretty good. Just wish they were a bit bigger, so they would fit less tightly.
