I really needed this monitor because my all time Reli-On monitor of several years gave out on me and I was in the middle of a blood pressure spike and needed to keep a really close watch on my blood pressure. I was exhausting from reading so many reviews and decided to take my chances on this one. Big mistake. It arrived in tact and was easy enough to use. I got one blood pressure reading and decided to wait a few minutes for accuracy. When I tried to get a second reading, all I kept getting was an Err 4 and the darn thing wouldn't inflate. Thought it was a fluke until after about the 10th attempt, I gave up. Returned it for another hoping that I had gotten a bad one and looked forward to receiving a new replacement. Low and behold, the EXACT same thing happened with the 2nd one so I assumed that they all may be defective. Decided to return the 2nd one for a refund. I now have a doctor prescribed one that I am very happy with. Please Beware if deciding to purchase one of these.
