The difference in actually breathing through your nose and being a mouth breather is astronomical in differences. I’m able to think clearer, not worry about stinky breath (because mouth breathing increases that, i do brush my teeth lmao), not be embarrassed of my annoying and loud nose breathing, and much much much better sleep. The only “advice” i have to the use of this amazing technology is, WIPE YOUR NOSE BEFORE EACH USE… humans are gross and we sweat a lot. And because of that, the strips have a harder time sticking if there are oils underneath. Other than that, order yourself some of these and understand it will change the way you operate and sleep on a daily basis. Last thing, these are NOT only used for sleeping, it can be used for sports, naps, yoga, workouts, work life, etc, these nose strips WILL help with these activities as well just the same. Please do yourself a favor and get these.

Works great when you are sick or stuffed up. Makes breathing and sleeping at night so much better. It does seem that placement as to be pretty perfect but with a little practice I was able to get ahold of it.

I ordered these with some trepidation since several buyers reported that the adhesive was too strong.Well, I couldn't be more pleased. I have oily, old (75 years) skin and the name brand would start to pull loose after just a few hours. In fact, from the outset the farthest tips of the wings did not adhere well.ClearPassage is FAR superior. A single one will stay on from shower to shower, even through a face washing or two in between. And the farthest tips adhereed (and stayed adhered) throughout.I experienced no problems in removing them: they don't just pop off like the Breatherights do: you have to peel them slowly, but they certainly did not damage my skin.A couple of cosmetic points: the 'tan' ones are a very light tan and probably won't match most people's skin. I've ordered the clear ones and may update this review after I try them. And the springy thingy that pulls on the wings to open your nasal passage? It stands out a little further at its ends then the similar thingy on a BreatheRight. It's more noticeable, but it's also more effective, and that's a small price to pay for breathing easily.

Very comfortable to wear, even through the night. Very easy to remove in the morning, no difficulty or pain. My husband did remove his the same night of applicarion, and he said it hurt to remove it right away because the adhesive was so strong. Definitely helped my breathing and slept fine. However after removing them both my husband and I had dark bruises across the bridge of our noses the next morning. Even with makeup, it looks like I got punched in the nose. I'm confused since it was very comfortable and effective, but may not be able to wear again for the bruising.
