Bisher hatte ich immer das Problem, dass es dafür nur ein kleines Zeitfenster gab. Vor dem Essen, also hungrig laufen, war immer schlecht, da mir irgendwann unterwegs die Energie ausging. Nach dem Essen war schlecht, da ich mit vollem Magen nicht so recht klar kam. Ich habe also schnell angefangen, verschiedene Energy Bars auszuprobieren. Bei dieser hier habe ich das beste Ergebnis erzielt: Ein halber Riegel (ca. 175kcal) reicht aus, um mich zu versorgen. Er wirkt sofort und nachhaltig über die ganze Laufstrecke und macht satt ohne Völlegefühl. Der Geschmack ist in Ordnung. Dabei unterstützt er mich auch beim Abnehmen, da ich insgesamt am Tag mit vitaminreicher, fettarmer und gesunder Ernährung sehr gut eine leicht negative Kalorienbilanz erreichen kann ohne ein Hungergefühl zu haben. Nur mit Salat und Gemüse alleine ist mir das nie gelungen. ## Features - 50% Protein ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01GGM9PNI | | Benefits | High Protein | | Brand | Power System | | Brand Name | Power System | | Coin Variety 1 | Protein | | Cuisine | western kitchen | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 269 Reviews | | Flavour | Mix | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04260043457438 | | Item Dimensions | 17.5 x 1.5 x 7 centimetres | | Item Package Weight | 1.72 Kilograms | | Item Weight | 3.53 Pounds | | Manufacturer | Power System | | Number of Items | 12 | | Number of Pieces | 12 | | Number of items | 12 | | Package Type Name | Box | | Part Number | BB101 | | Product benefits | High Protein | | Specialty | High Protein | | Total Eaches | 1 | | Total each | 1 | | UPC | 784216497853 | | Unit Count | 1600.0 gram | | Unit count | 1600.0 gram | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Power System - **Flavour:** Mix - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 17.5 x 1.5 x 7 centimetres - **Item weight:** 1.6 kg - **Number of items:** 12 - **Number of pieces:** 12 - **Product benefits:** High Protein - **Speciality:** High Protein - **Total each:** 1 - **Unit count:** 1600.0 gram ## Images ![Power System Big Block, 50% Protein Bar, Mix Box (16 x 100 g) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61mBTg5hBML.jpg) ![Power System Big Block, 50% Protein Bar, Mix Box (16 x 100 g) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71rd5tgE4DL.jpg) ![Power System Big Block, 50% Protein Bar, Mix Box (16 x 100 g) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71I0NLBEPyL.jpg) ![Power System Big Block, 50% Protein Bar, Mix Box (16 x 100 g) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71UqXLQJwsL.jpg) ![Power System Big Block, 50% Protein Bar, Mix Box (16 x 100 g) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81JLmBKvDuL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tolles Produkt *by S***G on 17 May 2026* Schmecken Super ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Endlich Sport wann ich es will *by H***R on 13 March 2021* Ich gehe gerne lange Strecken laufen (90 Minuten).
