I've been pleasantly surprised by this B-Complex. I initially expected it might heighten my anxiety (as some B vitamins have in the past), but on the contrary, it’s made me feel noticeably sharper and more mentally clear on the days I take it. There was no jitteriness or overstimulation — just clean, steady energy and better focus. I only take it a couple of times a week (Tuesdays and Fridays because I take them along other supplements) and it's working great that way. Delivery was also fast.
