I have used the previous edition of this book for my dissertation proposals and undergraduate assessments. Gives everything you need and more and is helpful to even seasoned researchers. The updates are really good and incorporates contemporary business topics such as sustainability and post pandemic considerations. Purchased own version as used library copy so much I wanted own version to annotate. Excellent research book.Review score is a reflection of the cover condition not the content.

Doesn't look like a new book. Really poor quality print. Sending it back.
