The description definitely is accurate however, after a couple hours, it was uncomfortable. I would think that everyone is different.

Size is fully compatible with all shapes and sizes as a plus size guy this worked amazing, the 3d pads it’s comes with puts life pressure in focal area to minimize protrusions with assist with the pain, the Velcro seems to hold up very well
