I hope this lessens or even eliminates all mucus and inflammation from my body. How much should you drink? I'm told 3 cups a day, but for how long depends on your condition. And, I use another fave tea for taste because it taste like what it is a leaf.😁 Or mostly I use lime or lemon juice and sweeten it with agave.

The tea bag seems to be plastic
We tried to like this tea but it is truly awful. Tastes like dirt water . It has a lot of sticks in it too. We have had Nettle tea (traditional medicinal brand) and this tea is nothing like it. And we noticed something off about the tea bag. It did not feel like paper. So we let one dry last time we made some and my husband took it outside and held a match to it. It melted as you can see in the pic. Seems unhealthy to put tea leaves in plastic into boiling water. If it’s not plastic it is something else that I have never seen a tea bag made out of. Too bad its not returnable, I will definitely be tossing this
