I contacted customer service because my wrist band is too large. I got the "advice" to secure it to my wrist in another way!! Good grief, I paid a lot of money for this device and now I am to find a way to secure it to my wrist!! Not acceptable. At least they could tell me the size of the band an MaybeI can replace with a smaller watch band! Very poor help from the seller.Update: the customer service was great resolving my issue and therefore have changed my rating of this company. They do respond to issues in a prompt manner. We actually gifted this watch to a friend because he had been looking for a way to monitor his high blood pressure. He wears it daily & says he loves it!

High blood pressure runs in my family and when I got tested a few years ago I was told that I'm on the low end of average. But since I'm a high stress person and it runs in the family I try to be careful about it to the extent that I can.I got this so I can just leave it on and forget about it while I watch TV or somethingFor me, it seems to work without issue.
