Poor and disgusting product
Don't ever purchase this product. Waste of money, it's always shows error or misreads. There's no return option only exchange. Even though you exchange product quality will be same. We middle class people will spent this much of money with no return option for waste products will hurt us.

Happy with Arkray
Product is excellent. I have been using their earlier model for last 15 odd years. New one too is excellent.However unhappy new testing strips can't fit in to the old machine. It works only with new model.

Unreliable product
The strips are not individually packed as famously claimed. After inboxing I made three attempts to take blood sugar. Every time the strip failed to draw blood. Showed error of E-13. No proper You-tube instruction to guide.Though the product is not returnable, I could manage to claim a paltry Rs429/- for damaged product against around Rs1500/- paid. So beware, not a reliable or quality product apparently. Thoroughly disappointed and giving rating of one.
