I waited and contacted seller and had no communication with them it shows that it was shipped with no movement at nothing .. sad that this seller has such poor customer service the idea of this product is so beautiful... won't deal with them again

It was well packaged and still managed to get broken in transit. I thought about ordering another, because it was cute. Then I realized that the risk of breakage would be a continual problem.
