I’ve tried so many pillows for neck and shoulder pain, and this cervical memory foam pillow is by far the best! I love this pillow! Much more affordable than the ads for similar pillows I kept seeing on IG. The memory foam is super comfortable and the edges help keep my head supported and prevent falling to the side. It’s helped my sleeping posture and keeping a straighter neck/spine. Because my neck is always supported and I lay more straight with the pillow, my low back pain has gotten better. The place where you’re supposed to rest your arm doesn’t work for me, which is the only thing I think this pillow could do better.I bought one for my husband as well since I like it so much. The cover is also washable.

After using this pillow for about a month, I can now provide feedback based on real usage... I have clinical insomnia so I have a love/hate relationship with sleep and all things that surround sleep. I've used multiple pillows in the last decade+, and this is one of the better ones. About two years ago I purchased a memory foam pillow that had a simple curve to cradle one's neck. But this pillow is a a definite improvement over that one. This pillow is slightly bigger than a standard twin size pillow. Its nice to have 'coves' for the ears. I also have "eustachian tube dysfunction" where I hear popping, clicking and 'scratching' pretty much all day. I frequently have fluid in my ears at night as well, and what's nice about the ear coves, is that I feel like they provide for more air movement thus making for happier ears, and less irritation. This pillow IS NOT made if cooling gel or is any way cool in one's skin. Its just as hot as every other foam pillow. Being in menopause, I'm very sensitive to temperatures... on my worse menopause days, this pillow makes me sweat! Sorry, but its just not as advertised concerning cooling temperatures. All in all, I do recommend it. As a person with with insomnia and picky ears, I find this as the most comfortable pillow I've had in a long time. I double cover it with 100% cotton pillowcases which is the best barrier between the heat of foam and a comfortable night's sleep. If you stuggle with a good night's sleep, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

If you like me Pay more than $10 for a pillow. It was a hard pill to swallow. But this is BEYOND worth it and I don't have enough good things to say about this pillow!! It's literally amazing! I was having tons of back and neck problems And this solved everything. When you're asleep, it's easy to get off of the center of the pillow (At least for me lol) But the pillow itself offers so much support that even When I'm sleeping on the pillow wrong , I still wake up with no pain. I sleep in every possible direction and this pillow offer support in all of them. It doesn't matter if you're a sleeper sleeper or stomach sleeper you're going to get lots of With this pillow. I 100% reccomend! It is worth every penny!!

I’ve been using this neck pillow for about three months, and it has helped with my neck problems. The support is good, and it’s comfortable, but I do wish it were a bit taller for better alignment. Overall, it’s a decent pillow, just not quite perfect for my needs. Still a good option if you prefer a lower-profile design.

My orthopedic surgeon told me THIS PILLOW is the BEST for supporting cervical spine (neck) issues! I had already started sleeping on it a month prior to having spinal fusion. Even those weeks prior to surgery I felt more rested and had more pain relief! I was surprised at how much a pillow could help! This pillow is worth the money! I use it every night!! The shape and firmness have not changed at all since I purchased this early this year! The pillow helped with my healing process following surgery as well. The great thing about the way this is built, you can use it either way—either the wide or thinner side as they are both so comfortable!! I have cleaned the pillow following manufacturer’s instructions and it smells fresh and clean after every use. Thank you for offering such a fabulous product! I will keep purchasing this pillow!

Hi, just your friendly neighborhood 40+ woman with another sleep apparatus review for you! I had been curious but hesitant to try a cervical neck pillow because, well, they look funny. But my neck, back, and shoulders were so mad at me in the mornings. Guys, I put my pillow case over it and it’s not apparent. This pillow is SO soft but crazy supportive in the right places. This pillow does it all: The higher side is great for side-sleeping and the more tapered side is good for back or tummy sleeper (I do all 3 most nights). No more neck strain and my tension headaches are noticeably lessened. I am so into this pillow, I bought one for my husband for Christmas. If you were on the fence about this pillow, try it out!

Alright.... it's another pillow!!! How different could it be??? Among the many basic, department store pillows I've bought , this is probably the 4th or 5th "It will change your life pillow I've bought "! I'm not going to lie. I bought this pillow with the anticipation that I would probably be returning. Well.... here I am, 4 weeks later and, well..... I'm COMPLETELY HOOKED!!! This pillow cradles my head and neck. It feels like you have complete support, in all the right places! I tend to be a side sleeper , but I frequently try to sleep on my back for esthetic reasons. I am usually unable to get comfortable on my back. Now, I'll honestly say, I can actually get comfortable on my back. I will say, this is absolutely the most comfortable "side sleeping pillow". It is so comfortable lying on your side. It cradles your face and neck to perfection.! Let's also note the outer, removable, washable cover. It's a cooling material! Soft and says cool! I don't wake up sweating! I have to say, I really look forward on sleeping on the pillow each night, and absolutely recommend you try it!!!!

This pillow has been a god send! I never felt any pillow fully supported my head from falling forward. Since using this pillow my neck it supported and I am waking up with no more neck pain. I love love love it. I hope it works for everyone else like it has for me :)

Very nice pillow. I like a good firm pillow and this hit the spot. Good comfort and support for my neck too. Think it works best if you sleep on your back.
