Update: the vendor of this product reached out to me, wanting to make it right. They asked me to buy a 2nd one then they’d issue a credit for the first one, which I can throw away rather than return. I’m not thrilled with having to buy the 2nd before getting credited for the 1st, but the company gets high marks (4stars instead of 2) for reaching out to me to try to make it right.Original : I love the design/style of this with a cup to measure out food for my dog and a car handle. Less than 2 two months in and the seal around the top has broken. It’s no longer airtight, and the seal itself needs to be stretched to fit around the where it was. It was expensive enough I’m not going to buy another to see if it was just a one-off faulty item. I’ll look for one by a different manufacturer.

Functional, as described
As described, easy to hold/pour and measuring cup comes in handy. Fits perfectly under my sink. Iz is secure with no fear of it coming off when pouring contents. Would buy again.

Perfect for dog food
We have two 50 pound dogs. They each get fed three-quarter cup twice a day. This container holds about a weeks worth of food. I stored the rest in a large Tupperware in the garage. Perfect for every day use

Keeps the cats from tearing food bag
The spout makes it easy to pour food and the cap helps me measure. I leave the container out for convenience. My cat food stays fresher longer. It does not hold 7 pounds though.

WORKS GREAT FOR BIRD SEED
Works great for bird seed because of pour spout. Very pleased. I gave it a 4 star because the handle is kinda cheap and funky. Should be heavier and at an angle for easier pouring.

I bought this for the size
I purchased this because it claimed to fit up to 7lbs of food. It barely holds 5lbs. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
