This blouse fits me perfectly. I am 5.3 heigh, 145 lb , 38B US size 4-6 tops. I normally buy a size 40 or 38 blouse (South Indian front open readymade blouse). This is stretchy and hence fits me comfortably. Length is enough for my height. If you are much taller, then you may have to attach some length to this blouse from some cloth. Nowadays I prefer this kind of lycra blouses better than the stitched traditional blouses, as they are very much forgiving. We could get the same for 1/2 the price if we buy in India. But I wanted a Rani pink blouse immediately. Material is also very good.
