This is a bit bigger than I originally thought. It works great though. Once set up, we left it locked so our two cats could get used to it. Our younger cat was intrigued immediately. We began unlocking it during the day and locking it at night. Once our younger cat figured it out, we leave it unlocked all the time now. Our older cat finally got on it. She walked quite a few times. Then got off and looked at our younger cat. The look on her face “you’re an idiot!” She hasn’t been on since, that we have seen. Our youngest gets on and runs in short bursts.This cat wheel is well made. It’s quiet, there’s not any wobbling. My son put it together, with help from a friend of his. Just a few hours to assemble, and it was ready to go! I feel it’s well worth the money!My youngest loves to scratch the carpet on the wheel. Once he’s completed pulling the carpet runner off, partially. He takes off! The carpet runner is easy to put back on!We’ve had this a month or so. Cannot wait to see what else they do with this wheel. Hoping my older cat gets on it again.

This is the first and only product I’ve bought that has all the necessary hardware and actually they include Extra nuts bolts etc for an easy/satisfying build. That is worth so much even if I pay a little extra for that to be included it’s worth a fortune in the aspect of not being disappointed or frustrated with lack of parts. Nothing is more aggravating than having to run to hardware store to get what was not included which has been my experience in the past with lesser products.Cats are still getting used to it just being in their house. One has actually chased the laser light up on side for about four strides then she realized it was moving then jumped off to have another look at this new contraption.It is big but has a nice look to it. I actually like the look of it in my home just make sure you aren’t in a cramped space. I can’t say enough good about it. If you have the means and would like to spoil your cat grab one now. This is a great “cat wheel.” My cats are still adjusting to the new toy, but it is wide enough that two could be on at the same time. It took time and patience to put the wheel together. I enjoyed the challenge—and directions were great. The wheel is quiet! Once the wheel is built, it moves with ease, and is well built.

Well made. Sturdy. Easy enough to put together. I didn’t think my cat would use it. It took me 1 hour with breaks to train him with the toy it came with and some treats. It’s fun to watch my cat get the wheel started, I’m trying to get video but he seems to know that I am and then he stops. He uses it to take out aggression (it seems) and to get my attention for treats. Ha! Worth the money.

Even when I had the screw perfectly lined up, I struggled to get the in the holes. Their customer service is terrible as they never contacted me back to resolve the issue. Never ordering from them again.

The media could not be loaded. TLDR: if you have an active cat get it. Quiet, well made, sturdy, easy to assemble. Made to last, make sure you have space for it.. its big.I have 2 Mainecoon mix about 17lb, wasn't sure if they would use it. One is always active, running around the house with the zoomies, jumping on stuff, the other is chill and lazy ..., as soon as I put it together the active cat pretty intuitivly hopped on. The vid I posted it had been together less than 3 minutes when I recorded without and toy to get him going.... he uses it everyday. He is still getting used to running a steady pace. I find he does best running if I point the a Lazer lower on the wheel, if I hold the included toy towards the top, he tries to jump high on the incline and it gets going really fast.... if you have an active courius cat .. go for it ..my docile cat wants nothing to do with it. Stepped on it once.. it moved, and she was out maybe in time. I wanted a big wheel, all the other brands that advertise being 48in were all outside diameter this one was inside its big. And a lot wider than other brands.It came well packaged. Very clear instructions, good pictures and explanations. I definitely recommend a drill or electric screwdriver. Lots of screw. You could do it with the included screwdriver but it would probably take 5 hours and a few hand cramps...Everything Is pre drilled and symmetrical so there is no way to mess it up, it all fits together perfectly. It's feels very sturdy not wobbly, it's made out of real plywood not particle board or plastic.It's not silent but also not loud. More of a whooshing sound. I am in a zoom room and and on the phone all day for work. And he can be running and full out and it isn't distracting, and my coworkers cannot hear it though the mic. And my girlfriend can't hear it in the other room.The only distraction is that it is the background of my zoom meeting and everyone starts watching the cat run all day and talks about it.

My cat loves his new Nordic Beast!The minute I put the wheel on the base he was on it and enjoying it, he even goes on by himself without any encouragement it's wonderful.He's quite an anxious Kitty and this is really helped calm him.Of course it comes in quite a few pieces and was quite intimidating for me but the video helped and the instructions were very clear. I do wish I had gotten the one with the gold trim for a more finished look. I wasn't sure that he would like it, he is so timid but he did!It's very solid and not wobbly when he's on it. You can hear when it's going but I wouldn't consider it overly noisy.
