HGC Upgrade Silver Jackshaft Kit fit for 415 Chain 66cc 80cc Gas Motorized Bicycle

The kit included did not work, i spent over 4 hours just installing the main stuff, the kit said i install the plate inside the clutch, well i took the clutch apart and nearly lost the pieces, managed to get everything working, i finally put it on the outside and tested it. the chain skips like crazy, making the bike unusable until i find a replacement gear that fits. The manual was typed by a 5th grader, one of the hex screws that were included ran through my case hit the seatpost and bent the screw so much so that it broke my housing. The hex screws included were so short, i could only use two screws each to put the cover on it, and put the shaft guide on. The cover that was included with the front gearset didnt have any replacement screws so i had to just take it off. The front gearset was designed to tighten down and hit the hex screws, getting it jammed, proceeded to work on trying to unjam it for a hour straight, managed to get it apart, reorganized the gearset, and works fine now. This entire kit was delivered like it was used previously, scratches all over everything, paint scraped off of the threads of the bottom bracket replacement. I spent 100 dollars to buy a product that didnt work, had a terrible instruction manual, and was delivered like it was used previously. The fitment was terrible and broke part of the engine block, performance was undefined due to chain fitment issues with included pieces, and quality.... i think i could find better quality on a painting. Overall it was a terrible buy, and a waste of money.

There’s a lot of problems with this kit you will need to expand the holes on the plate and also bent a lot of locking bolt and dealing with the chain is the hardest because it’s like Impossiable to install to beginners

The kit has major issues. 1st off missing major parts like the freewheel pedal sprocket assembly, and the motor side chain was missing Plus this kit is designed for motors that have the narrow 6mm rear mounting bolts. But the ubolts that came are for a wider bracket with 8mm holes. The rear mounting bracket is also made for the narrow width 6mm setup. A complete waste of time and money

So this is the second kit I ordered and the same part broke on both kits this. One was more expensive and said it included instructions. Which it did not and the one way bearing in the kit did t even make it an hour. I'm am very unhappy and I will be writing a review and my video of this product in every platyo can. I hope. U make better products in the future. I will be adding a video to this review.

Es facil de intalar pero la calidad de los tornillos es mala y se barren si apretas mucho, al momento de intalar todo no pude prender el motor con los pedales y se daño el pedal barriendolo completamente y dejando sin funcion el motor, hay que hacer muchos ajuste para poder instalarlos y aun asi es probable que por pedalear fuerte rompas los pedales y no funcione el kit nunca mas, justo lo que me paso quise prender el motor pedaleadon y jamas prendio es demasiado duro y imposible prenderlo, no recomiendo este kit si no compran un arranque de mano ya que es probable que lo rompan

Pas trop bien manquait des morceaux

me vi forzado a comprar tornillos mas largos y reforzados, además de placas de soporte para que ajustaran a la medida y hacer ajustes en los agujeros debido a que no embonan a la perfección, después de eso y mucho tiempo de ajustes y calibración logre que funcionara correctamente con 7 velocidades.

Las roscas del eje central con la cuerda muy delgada a diferencia de la que ya trae, instructivo deficiente.
