I used to take melatonin on nights where I couldn't sleep or when I was about to go on a plane. However, after much research, I realized that taking melatonin actually tricks your body into NOT making naturally. So, the more external melatonin your introduce into your body, the less your body produces, the more trouble you have sleeping, the more melatonin you externally take.. and the negative cycle continues.So, I did more research and found that taking hemp can help promote calm and relaxation, which has helped some people regulate their sleep cycles. In the beginning, the sleep effect was not as intense as taking melatonin, but after about an hour or so, I Was able to drift off to a wonderful sleep. After about a few weeks of taking hemp gummies, I actually no longer need to take them to fall asleep. MY sleep cycle has normalized!I now only take these when I am going on a flight and wan't to stave off any of the post-flight grogginess and jet lag.

Not much help - been taking it a few days.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how much is in these. The label says 200 mg. I normally take about 17 mg. But if I take a partial gummy, nothing happens. So confusing. And if I take a full gummy, I maybe feel something (a little bit) but ... Really difficult to take the right amount of I don't know how much is in them.

When it comes to taking vitamins and supplements, gummies have been a total game changer. Every time I would start a new supplment I would start skipping days until eventually my counters were littered with half taken bottles. Ever since I switched to gummies, I have never skipped a day and always finished the bottle. This supplement is by far the easiest way to take hemp, the gummy itself is delicious and tasted nothing like hemp itself, and is very convenient to only have to take one at a time - many gummies require two or more.

I was looking for something else I guess; these weren't it. I think I could take 5 and not feel anything except gummy teeth. Not sure what hemp oil is supposed to do for me.
