All I can say is WOW. This fountain is so well thought out. I have used many! It was super easy to put together. The parts and assembly are SOLID, no poor fitting elements. The size is perfect, water window perfect, charging cord, cable AND block perfect, silent pump and silent water splash, no water messes outside of fountain…PURRRFECT. Great fountain for my feline furbabe! Works great, easy to clean, holds a lot of water, easily to take apart for the cleaning, love the trickling sound and love the illuminating light which enables you to see easier just at a glance as to how much water remains.Must be diligent with cleaning at least every week and 1/2 to 2wks because the filter does get pretty slimy. I use filtered water which probably helps to some degree but you have to stay on top of cleaning.Definitely recommend! Although my cat still bolts when he hears me turn the faucet on, it gives me peace of mind that he’s got fresh water circulating when I’m not here.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very nice fountain for our cat. It is a large capacity that takes a few bottles of water but lasts quite a while without need to refill. Very quiet and great quality. Cat loves it!

Generally I've been very happy with it. The plastic fountains tend to stain over time and I don't expect this one will. I only have two issues. The first is that it's hard to refill while running. It tends to lose water quickly especially when the air is try. You can pour water directly into the top but it only drips slowly into the reservoir below so you can only add a little at a time. Removing the top to refill is messy. You probably should plan on refilling a cup or two at a time every day. When you add water it will take a minute or two to drip into the reservoir. You have to be careful not to overfill the top when doing this and will likely have to do it in a couple of small additions. My second issue is that the window to check the amount of water in the reservoir is hard to read without putting you head next to the floor. Fortunately as the water level drops the dripping sound from the water dropping back into the reservoir gets louder. I now depend on the sound to know when it needs for water. The sound is never a problem varying between a gentle dripping sound to near silence when the reservoir is full. I've verified that the auto shutdown of the pump when the water level is too low does work.

Love this product! Replacement filters are easily found and cleaning is really easy. A straw brush works well for the spout and hard to reach areas. As far as the outer housing for the pump, when disassembled, I soak it in a light bleach water mixture and it seems to clean it well. With a small dog and 2 fat cats that constantly drink from this fountain, one filter last me about 2 weeks.

Stainless steel is nice, helps keep bacteria down and is easy to clean. I have multiple cats that’s shed which clogs the filter quickly. Would not recommend if leaving your cats unattended more than 2 days.

Kitties love this thing. Even if a couple of our pride don’t drink from it, I think having it around has made them more inclined to drink from the other water dishes around the house. It’s *whisper* quiet, as long as you keep the water level high. No pump/impeller noise. The water dripping back down into the reservoir is the only perceptible sound.

Smerly (my sons cat) really loves it! This product comes with a removable water dish which makes it so easy to clean. It also comes with a little window so you can see the water level so you will know when to add water. This product is also metal not plastic so it will last a long time. Very easy to put together. Amazing product. Highly recommend 👌

So far it's working great! Super quiet, the cats love it. Will update if anything changes.
