Not good
My daughter was so excited to get this on Christmas Day. It was for my mother, and when the battery ran out, I went to charge it. We’ve gotten to use it for less than two hours. It no longer works. I’m disappointed that there isn’t a back up option for battery. We charged it twice now does not seem to work. We aren’t sure if we got a defective battery or a defective product but either way, it’s very disappointing for the amount of money we spent.
