This little puller was smaller then i thought is was going to be, but it did the job just as it stated in the add and worked great. The only problem I found with this little puller is the handle. Which is no more then a thick wire. If the wiper arm is on tight and you have to really put pressure on this handle to turn it. Then I would suggest using some pliers to turn it, because that handle will do a number on your fingers. Other then the handle the tool work as it should and did a great job.

Only received one of the two pieces, did not receive the smaller of the 2 pieces.

This is suitably only for light duty pulling, but the design is good and the materials quite adequate for the intended and similar uses. I also received the smaller unit, but it is the larger that is the star and makes the purchase worthwhile.

Description indicates 2 pc set, I only received the larger piece...The tool I did receive works exactly as described. I have struggled with many rear wiper arms and was having a hard time removing the one on my Chrysler Town and Country. I ordered this product for that purpose.A simple design that worked well to pop the wiper arm off with out all of the fear of breaking it or damaging the vehicle. I just wish they would have just sent the 2 piece tool kit like they advertised.
