Amazing, amazing, amazing!
This is awesome and something the entire family loves. It doesn’t stick to textured walls (which I knew from previous reviews) but we still tons of other options. We like how you can technically use it by hand and it’s still just as awesome.

Great Product
I often have sore back muscles and get therapeutic massages once a month. Now I use this device in between and is helps soothe those knots. Easy to use, just remember to remove it after each use or it will fall. I use it on my painted wall or door. Well made.

Does the job, just know this before buying!
My muscles around and between my shoulders get tight and sore from an old injury, and I’ve used lacrosse balls in the past along with my Back Buddy, so I thought I’d give this a try. I just received mine today and tried it out. After reading the directions, just know If you’re going to buy this product it won’t suction well to porous surfaces (wood, brick) or textured surfaces, basically any unevenness can break the seal. I tried it on my wall that has a slight textured paint surface and it did suction even after testing it as the directions said but it did eventually come off after my first use. Luckily I have tile wall in my bathroom that I can suction it on, which works really well! So if you don’t have smooth surfaces around the house (plastic, metal, tile) that you can use it on, you may not want to waste your money and be disappointed. Other then that, I think it works pretty well, it gets my knots between my shoulders! If you have long hair, it’s probably best to try it up so it doesn’t get stuck on accident in between the ball and plastic. Also, read the directions! You’re not supposed to suction it to the wall and keep it there. After 30 minutes of when you’re done using it, it should be taken off, I’m guessing to preserve the suction and product. So those are just some things I found and why I ended up giving a 4/5 stars since it does a good job but it’s also sort of limited in the amount of surfaces you can use and how long it can stay on the wall. Hope this review helps!

Should have bought this years ago
Saw this years ago but figured it wouldn't be any better than the lacrosse ball I used on the floor. Finally bought it and it is definitely worth buying. Deal with discomfort and pain behind one of my shoulder blades and this is perfect for getting to the right spots with the right pressure. Way better than a lacrosse ball as it allows for much easier positioning and movement. Very strong suction cup as well.

Not the best
It isn't as good as I thought, it falls off the wall and is difficult to get in just the right place. Stick with a tennis ball.

Doesn’t work as intended
The suction device does not work on any wall in my house (Sheetrock). It won’t even work on my granite countertops! It is a great idea but a complete failure in execution.

Works great
This is just what my husband needed and it saves my hands. Works well attached to a wall mirror.

Grade 3 AC joint separation
After separating my AC joint in October of 21 then proceeding through physical therapy (no surgery) I started getting discomfort (like a kink/ tension) in my neck & shoulder on the damaged side. I started going to a chiropractor & he explained that a lot of times what will happen is that muscle tension will cause the kink & the muscle tension is due the the neck being out of alignment. The initial adjustment he did helped a sold 70%, and made it so my neck was usable again. The next 3 sessions didn't really do much and that what made me look into other options. I could tell by the tension that I needed to roll the muscles in my back but my standard roller wasn't getting in deep enough. Usually I would use a lacrosse ball but as you know, that's a PITA (Pain In The Apple). So I got this thing.DUDE! IT FREAKING WORKS! It took me from 70% to 95%. 5 minutes a day (or any time I feel tension building) and all my discomfort goes away. Like the rest of the ads say it sticks best to smooth surfaces, like a door. But it sticks to textured walls as well, just take it down when you're done (I left it overnight on a textured wall one night and it fell off while I was asleep). If you're wondering if I got the other 5% fixed so that I'm back to 100%, yes I did! It wasn't with this tool though. I ended up using a Cervical Denneroll to correct the last bit of issue I was having in my neck- although I recommend you see a chiropractor & get an x-ray before using that product so you can ensure you use it properly.

Better than the Vertiball
I tried both the Vertiroller and Vertiball. Vertiroller is better and way more effective for me. It also can do more and allows you to go deeper and relief was almost immediate. It can get to a lot more areas and the shape let’s you target areas
