It lasts for a very long time in my mouth so I guess it just all depends on how much you're chewing. The flavor is really nice and it definitely freshens your breath and it's good to use if you just ate something that at least a bad smell in your mouth

This is my favorite gum, the older I’ve gotten the more sensitive I am to some gum. This has a prominent, but not too strong flavor. Doesn’t fall apart when chewing, doesn’t give me heartburn and is sugar free- literally the best all around
