I used waterproof backing made for command hooks. Works like s charm! **Q: Is there a girl or lady version?** A: There are female versions. You just need to search for them as female **Q: If water gets on the chart will it ruin it?** A: The chart is laminated. Water will ruin it if the seal is broken. My puppy chewed one corner of the laminate after 2 years.
