As a hard-working dude who spends hours sweating while on the job, soreness has new meaning when my workday itself is a workout. Although the price point on these are a bit on the steep side, I've ultimately found them to be both easier on my stomach and muscles than powder-form recovery products. I havn't had any stomach upset yet, even when taking on an empty stomach, and as an added boon, I get orange rather than chemical-tasting burps. If you are a king or a queen who spends all day in the gym or sweating at work, this one brings home the bacon for recovery!

These are a nice after workout supplement, I can't say they are a necessity. I have tried a good amount of L-Carnitine, this one has it in the form of Carnipure and I can't say this kind is any better or worse than the next one but I do think it helps. If you have the extra cash to burn and you're taking working out more seriously it's a decent supplement. If you are on a tight budget you can get go for a more affordable L-Carnitine out there.

I have been increasing my working out consistently lately and end up being super sore and taking days to recover.
