Received only 4 of them is misleading and costly,,, the package was open inside

Misleading... The name and title of the product says LED Jharokhas but there are only 12 Jharokha cards and NOTHING ELSE. Same kinda product from other brands include glue and LEDs too.It's misleading and too pricey for what we got.
