A decent enough product with enough durability for daily sparring sessions. When you're involved in any type of martial art activity- sport, you need a good quality product that's going to withstand two to four hour sessions of abuse. Woohoo! These are sooo much better than foam shin guards. After many horrible bruised shins from sparring with foam guards, I finally "splurged" and bought these. So worth it and Ii urge you to spend more up front and save money and time using ice and other healing agents for your bruises!
