What I love about this lip liner is the gorgeous pigmented colour that glides on beautifully as the liner is soft like butter.....but what I hate about this liner is that it doesn't twist up?? Its a stiff plastic pencil liner which gives the impression that it will twist up and that would make it just perfect, but no, alas you have to use a pencil sharpener on the plastic pencil which clearly not all pencil sharpeners like, so I have ended up with a messy looking half sharpened lip liner which is pretty much good for nothing now and am now on the search for a new one....different one of course. I think L'Oreal are totally on to a good product here, but they may need to spend a tiny bit more on the pencil and make it twistable instead then I will be back to buy more, but until then I am definitely on the fence with this one!

I have always used a pencil lip liner up to now. I don’t wear makeup every day, and therefore need make up that is easy to apply and effective.Whenever I use makeup I always use a brow pencil and always put colour on my lips.This lip liner is so easy to use, it’s like using a felt tip pen, so easy to give your lips definition and you can use it to cover your lips completely instead of lipstick.As I am over 50 it’s important that lipstick and liner do not bleed, this liner stays put and stops your lipstick going anywhere. Also my lips are a little thin and with this liner you can make your lips any shape you want.I am a definite convert to this new Infallible range lip liner.

It has to be sharpened and that’s not what I was looking for ... Might work for others though..

This is a really good lipliner because it is SOFT!! So many of the lipliners I have tried recently have been hard and scratchy and just don't seem to deposit any colour at all. You can even fill the lips right in with this for a real 40s Hollywood starlet look. You do need a slightly more careful application method though, because it is so soft, to ensure you don't end up with a great big thick line, but overall I definitely prefer it to the harder pencils. The rich red colour I got will only work with deep or dark lipsticks or glosses as it is so noticeable, but one of the nuder shades would work with any lip colour. Finally, the styling of the pencil is lovely. Slim and dark and easy to grip, with a lid that snaps on properly and is thus less likely to get lost. I really like this!

Très bonne tenue et belle couleur rouge pigmentée. En revanche la mine est arrivée cassée, dommage.
