For the price, this storage chest is quite incredible. Very, very well designed and when easily put together using the clear multi-language instructions it is absolutely solid. Also, it’s been sitting outside in the wind and when the rain has been teeming down and there’s no sign of water ingress. Highly recommended!

Bought this to store all our garden cushions in and the size is decent (pic with can for reference).You will need tools to assemble it and it took just under 2hrs, the instructions are pretty straightforward however the images aren't great in place due to the pattern of the tub being included, the nuts are also very tight fitting and required some force to tighten. The catch fitting image was also shown the wrong way round.Purchased while on offer so price reasonable.Have to see what its like after a few months outside.

A very solid and sturdy design, in all respects. That said, it very much depends on your ability to use simple tools, follow very specific instruction, and have a confindence in your own DIY skills. Get things wrong and you'll be backtracking and or end up with a less than satisfactory result.Instructions say three adults required for assembly. I managed all but the lid on my own.My lid was supplied with two left hand sections instead of one left, one right. The Lifetime US website has a chatbot and it was a quick and easy conversation to get the correct part airfreighted over from US, all free of charge, in under two weeks.All the parts fitted easily and well, ALL supplied fastenings are used in the assembly.Mine is used for patio furniture cushions so I'm hoping it is waterproof. I have installed a timber ladder base inside so nothing sits on the floor and air can circulate.

Excellent. A neighbour put this together for me, and he was as impressed with it as I am. Proving to be totally rainproof so far. Perfect size for set of cushions from a 5 seat patio corner set, and the covers for it - its only the long seat cushion it cant take.

Screw holes didn't line up on sides to end panels had to drill diagonally and make new holes in some cases. Also the base needs screw holes drilled into tabs before you can screw that it. Even the online video doesn't show this but makes it all look so easy. Will be sticking to Yitahome versions which i have purchased in the past, so much easier to install and just as good.
