This particular knife set is heavy and seems more like a weapon than a culinary instrument! Each knife is coated in some type of oil that will need to be cleaned first before use. They have a great edge on them and would easily carve a turkey, ham or brisket. They come with a heavy duty canvas bag and a steel rod sharpener. Make sure you have plenty of room for storage because these are long and heavy.

Nice Quality knives. Come sharp out of the box. Comfortable handles and easy to use. Cones with carrying case and sharpener. Easy to pack and transport to your next bbq outing or just for good old home use. Rust resistant and cleans easy. Very durable. Cuts through meats and vegetables with ease. Has a good amount of weight and functions well. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone new to the cooking game. You need to have good knife skills to handle this bad boy for real. Highly recommend for those who are serious about their knives.
