Sylglas PFLFS Quick Fix for Metal, Wood, Plastic

I used two packets to fix a leaking washing machine tap and it still leaked. Maybe it was the way I moulded it but I found it much cheaper to just buy a plastic self-sealing tap and fit that instead. Ps.. once dried you'll need a hammer and chisel, at least, to remove it as it dries extremely hard.

Bought this product to fix a leaking join to a dishwasher. Was a bit sceptical about the product, but this is the real deal to properly seal joints in metal. Fixed the leak no problem and dishwasher is working fine with no water spillage over the floor. Bought another to replace worn out seals to external cast iron downpipes. So far so good. Item delivered well within targeted delivery time. Happy to recommend this product for these tasks.

I brought this a month a go to fix a leak in my toilet waste pipe. i followed the instructions very carefully. It did the job. However after a few days it started to leak again. Then this morning the whole thing just fell off. Complete waste of money.
