When I first opened the box I was surprised thinking that the cup was actually of very high quality but to my dismay as soon as I poured hot water into it the mug it broke. I am appalled as the mug wasn’t cheap mind you and I even bought a matching coaster. For a £12 mug to break upon first use is appalling

I did have to reorder, due to an error they made in printing, but they refunded immediately, and the finished product is great. Glad the original order was well ahead of the Christmas rush, as it meant the replacement came in time, too. So, I'd recommend ordering well in advance.

Leider wurde die Tasse nur in einen kleinen Karton gepackt und nicht nochmal in Folie. Daher kam die Tasse schon kaputt an und wirkte auch qualitativ schlecht.
