Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this items because it was the first time that I see an outdoor shower with solar panel that is able to heat up the water. It was very easy to put it together and has great functionality’s. I also love the quality of the materials and it was made to last.

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical at first only because the low price. This solar shower is amazing. I saw other reviews that said the shower leaked. That only because the didn't apply the included plumbers tape to each fitting. Once you applied the plumbers tape there are no leaks at all and the water comes out really warm even hot. Luckily there is a control valve to adjust the heat. When you adjust the control valve to medium heat meaning dont crank it all the way left when you shower. Water comes out warm instead of hot about 100 degrees. It will get the water hot to at least 130 degrees if cranked to the left all the way because that is the hot position. What a great product. I highly recommend it if you don't want to install a hot water line this is perfect. Not a single drip anywhere when turned off with the controll valve or turned on. And I only get about 2 hours a day of direct sunlight and I took a 15 min shower at a perfect 110 degrees ( roughly I didn't put a thermometer on it ) but inside my house I generally like about a 110 degree shower and I was able to take a 15 min shower at that temp and it never ran out of hot water. I tried 3 other similar products and this one was by far the best.

This is a mediocre design and poorly constructed. The design does heat water reasonably well, but the fittings are chromed plastic and very fragile. I had to carefully watch as others used it to ensure they didn't break. The tank is made of the lightest gauge aluminum next to foil.It is a bear to mount to a pool deck so I had to make a 4'x4' wood deck to mount and support it. The Mfr says to disassemble at the end of the season. I chose not to due to the work of assembly/disassembly. I covered it with a tarp for the winter.Upon getting it ready for this season, I discovered a long crack in the tank. I'll try some epoxy and foil tape, but likely will end up discarding it.Warranty is weak and they don't even sell replacement parts. Last summer I stated it was the best $140 I spent, but not so much now.Look elsewhere as I am doing.

Purchased this for my backyard as we have a pool and rinsing before going in is a must do **also I find it very much inconvenient to have to go all the way to the second floor to wash ourselves after the pool.This item is actually inexpensive for what it is and I don’t have to spend 4-10k on building a whole outside shower which at the end of the day serves the same purpose. It is solar powered and water source is our own hose that’s perfect!! This was delivered quickly and carefully everything arrived in meticulous condition, the instructions are clear and do require two people to assemble. I would highly recommend this product

After I purchased the outdoor shower the price dropped $40. Go figure.Review of the product -It leaks in a few different places. It's a shower so I guess water leaking outside isn't a big deal while you run it. You need to have a hose connected to it at all times. You could buy a plug so it wouldn't drain all the water out if you discounted the hose. But it also needs pressure for the water to come out of the shower head so you need the hose if you want to use it. Not really happy with it but it was under $200 so I guess this falls under - you get what you pay for.Plus side - It does look nice and it is tall.

2 of the 4 red eye bolts snapped and 2 screws are the wrong size. The unit it self is okay but just use your own hardware.

This shower is amazing! Our temperatures have been fluctuating (Jan, Feb) -- yet just a few hours of sunlight make enough hot water for use! Other reviews mentioned leaks -- so take the extra moment -- wrap threads with plumbers tape and "no worries". Solidly built, affordable and actually works!
