it is a great vitamin, tast nice, great stuff

I have felt more awake than usual after taking it for a while.Just take as much as will go up the dropper, that is about half way which is a good dose for the day. That is a couple of squeezes on the bulb and release under the tongue and let set for a few minutes and swallow.It does not taste bad at all. You just have to not expect one thing and then get another. Just take it for what it is. A fruity sorta wild full bodied flavor that is not unpleasant.

I'm sorry, I'm sure it's a great product but it just tastes .... so bad. Its almost impossible to get the taste out of your mouth once you swallow it, (I'm trying something new every time I take it). The bottle itself smells like the product tastes, and even though I've got it in a tight ziploc in the fridge, the smell still comes thru and the entire refrigerator smells like it-(which reminds me of the way it tastes every time I open the fridge..lol.) I do not look forward to taking it every morning and I will not be buying another bottle after I finish this one. I am too thrifty to throw it out-so, I'm suffering thru it. if anyone has any suggestions on what to do to help with the taste, I'm all ears!!

This is a very good product, as some reviewers have said the taste is strong, but it is not altogether unpleasant. Don't get me wrong, you wouldn't eat it for its taste, but it could taste much, much worse. Anyway, I do feel like it benefited me but I'm already pretty healthy, How are my mom is a cancer patient and whenever I gave it to her because she was feeling low energy she said she felt perked up almost immediately, like the same day. So it's definitely a strong dose and very good for those who truly need a B vitamin boost and not something that they take and wonder if it's really doing them any good.

Tastes good and B vitamins are always welcome! I’m trying to balance my hormones naturally and with this B complex I’m hoping by it being liquid and holding it under my tongue it helps with menopause symptoms, i,e, sleep, appetite, faster.

Good taste. Easy to use. Seems to be working well with no bad side effects.
