This is great. Decided to give fasting another try but I was worried about feeling nauseous like I did the last time. Using Fastrx as my base, not only did I not feel nauseous, but I felt normal. This allowed me to fast but carry on with life as usual. Will definitely be buying it again - it tastes really good and I will be trying the other flavors so I can mix and match during my next fast.

I shared this with my coworkers. One coworker didn't enjoy the flavor and passed on it. I tried a couple cans and while I didn't really like it the first time, it was better the second time. The flavor is just okay and tastes like fake sugar. It is not really a flavor I like in sparkling water. My other coworker LOVES this and thinks it is great for fasting like the product claims. So, hard to say if I recommend it because it's really not for me but someone else I shared it with liked it.

I please ask to stop using erythritol as the sweetener. All I see is it can cause stroke all over the news. Kills all the great other ingredients.

Probably my favorite flavor, and love the bubbles. Helped with making my fast easier, felt better, less hungry and more focused.

I’m a 26 year veteran nurse and I cannot recommend this drink enough!!! It tastes delicious, has no garbage, and gives you all the good stuff. I work long hours and breaks are never guaranteed to be on time. It is very common for me to work 8 hours before I get lunch. So it’s a forced fasting situation! I need to be clear headed, need energy, need hydration and don’t want to sugar crash. This drink is a my daily savior! It gives me an all the things I need and I have zero guilt drinking it. It will not impact blood sugar, i don’t get the jitters because the caffeine is just the right amount. It also helps me not feel ravenously hungry. Highly recommended!!

I struggle with plain water during my fasting windows. This was a delight cause I now I can have something with flavor! 0 calories, 0 sugar, 0 net carbs...I don't mind the Erythritol as it is suuuuuch a low amount. It did NOT make me feel more hungry. It boosted my energy and helped with my brain fog...I would recommend this to any fasting dieter!

This stuff doesn't taste amazing but it's not bad. Overall, the flavor is okay and it does help with suppressing your hunger and it also seemed to help with giving me energy and focus. It's not a magic pill so it won't make you an energizer bunny or hyper focused but when compared to days when I had coffee instead of this drink, I seemed to have an easier time focusing on the days I drank this instead.
