As a Licensed Esthetician, I purchased this for emergency back up. It's been terribly busy so I have been using my high end productToday I pulled this new one out of my stores products and it failed to work.The light NEVER came on, despite all the directions.At the very base where the glass wand is inserted into the White Base, there was a faint violet light that never fully entered the glass wands. I tried holding it and allowing it to warm up after 5 minutes. Still NO light!I wasted my money because I trusted Amazon. Now it's too late to return.So upset!

I’m a newbie to high frequency wands (at least the type you use on yourself at home) but I’m now definitely a huge fan!! The wand is very sturdy and it’s very easy to change the sticks. I know it may look a little scary at first since they’re made of glass, but they’re constructed very well and have shown durability with me. Of course, you still want to be gentle and careful, but it’s quite simple to do. I have found that this wand gave me the same results as I’ve gotten in the past from an old dermatologist, and more recently, a couple of estheticians. The fact that I own the tool now and can do it from the comfort of my home, PLUS the money I’m saving, well it’s just a win-win!! I tend to get very deep acne on my face. It’s very painful, and it looks red and swollen though usually the “head” never comes out. The healing timeframe is shortened exponentially with the use of this tool. Max 2 days of feeling that pain and having that redness and swelling, which is amazing given that without the wand it takes me about 4 days to a full week to go away on its own. Highly recommend!

It's probably too soon to know if its actually working but i feel like this tool is helping with my postpartum hair loss. I started using the comb attachment on the sides of my head where I've had significant thinning and it looks to me like im getting new growth there. The tool is a bit noisy but super cool to watch in action. In my opinion it works but everyone will have different uses for it.

Recibí casi todo perfecto. El electrodo de champiñón no me funciona y es el que más necesito. No sé cómo pueda reportar este problema o poder hacer que funcione. Espero poder recibir alguna respuesta con respecto a esto.
